    OK, time to 'fess up. I actually posted this some months ago but it fits the theme so here it comes again, I took this picture at daybreak from Hewenden Viaduct in west Yorks. The rising sun was behind me, throwing the shadow of the viaduct on the hillside ,

    I actually preferred Herculaneum to Pompeii. It's a lot smaller but much better preserved. Great shots, brought back some good memories.
