This weeks challenge is to take any song title and make a photo to express it. Simple! You can either name the song and singer in your description, or let others guess it. You have from now until midnight 1st September (where did August go?) Then voting will take place until 8th September. Saw this piece by Marc Quinn - Alison Lapper Pregnant as we were arriving into port at Venice in 2013 a controversial piece and it certainly had/has its critics (or knockers if you will) This sculpture is an inflatable version of the marble sculpture ‘Alison Lapper Pregnant’ that was placed on the Fourth Plinth in Trafalgar Square. Quinn was asked to make the sculpture for the opening ceremony of the Paralympic Games at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

My own effort.

Being happy is a strange feeling but yesterday I got the good news from work I don't have to go to Barcelona for 12 days in September or October. Your happy your not going to Barcelona I can hear you ask. Yes Barcelona is a beautiful city but 12 days on an industrial 30 mins outside Barcelona training from 830 to 1800 is not my idea of fun plus once trained my area of work could/would increase to include Scotland and watching the airport chaos on the news last night I am happy. So September I can now pay the balance on the cottage we booked for a week in Harlech with the mutts and October now booked a long weekend in Llandudno without the mutts. This happiness is however only short lived as I may have to go in January.

Yay! The new football league season is back full of hope that this is the year we make our return to the premier league only in 10 months to be let down again. So this weeks subject is BALLS. The theme is open to your interpretation pictures maybe old from your archives or new taken especially for the challenge. Entries can be submitted from now until midnight 11th August then voting will begin till midnight 18th August and you could be crowned the next weekly challenge winner. Good luck.
