From a Zoo Trip....

Had a trip to the Melbourne Zoo on Wednesday. Worked our way through dozens of school kids groups, (not that I begrudge them a zoo trip, but it made things more difficult), and got our best ones in the Reptile House. We tried to concentrate on a sort of 'What are you looking at?' type of shot. All through glass, and with some awkward lighting, but fun:

Many good shots there Dee - but it has to be #4 for me. I've never seen a reptile with such an "OY!!" expression..

Love these. Number 3 reminds me of the snake in Disney's Jungle Book "Trussssssst in me"

Thanks all. The guy in No 3 was pretty big!! Chris, the one in No 4 was actually munching on something, and I just caught him with his mouth open.

Maybe, but he still looks as though he's saying something withering to whoever interrupted his activity..
