I looked at this house in Cartmel and thought it had the makings of a picture, then along came the cat and jumped up into the window. Several seconds later it was gone but I captured the moment. The lads at work have given this picture various titles but none of them are repeatable here!

All the elements of the shot come together brilliantly well - Fooj is right, this is a postcard or a poster in waiting.

 

There might be a good argument for carrying around a few stuffed cats for moments when the little blighters aren't so obliging. Perhaps a selection of poses and all neatly arranged in the boot of the car ready for when the photo opp presents itself. Now watch some cat lover get all uppity and accuse me of being heartless.
