A few more from this morning walk. Not much water movement meant great reflections.

Really unusual to have  such perfectly still water to get almost  perfect mirror images in the reflections ... Not even  the faintest ripple from a passing Mallard or even a light breeze has disturbed   the water from acting as a mirror ..... an intriguing set .

Well Mr & Mrs Mallard were awake but a bit further up the canal, they were near where the other canal set were taken but even then they were not very active even though it was after 7 in the morning. We also were early enough to missed the canoest whom turned up just as we were leaving.
