Rachel (Four Times The Trouble)

This a photo of my daughter (a few summers back mind you) where she changed her top 3 times and sat in a different place 4 times. I then blended the 4 images into one.

Four times the trouble...

Brilliant... I wouldn't have a clue how to do this... :no

Quite simple really John this one.

The garden isn't going anywhere, so tripod mount the camera, remote release ready.

Rachel sits in position 1, I take the shot. She skips to one side and puts a different top and sits in position 2. Repeat for 3 and 4.

Then in Photoshop, add photo 2 on top of photo 1, and erase everything except the immediate area where Rachel is sat which reveals her in the first position. Repeat for 3 and four. That's it.

You just have to be careful the edges are cleanly erased where her body is concealed behind her other body (!)  but in the main, you're just erasing about ¾ of the top image, then ½ and then ¼ in turn.

I'm not one who does a lot a serious editing and I don't have Photoshop, I do what little editing I do using PaintShop Pro9. It's no good trying to teach an old dog new tricks, so I'm not going to get Photoshop, I dare say PaintShop could do it... but could I... that is the question...
