Haha, pretty sure this is why the forum works, tongue in cheek, pinch of salt, not taking ourselves too seriously all the time and being open to others views, whatever you want to call it.  We all like taking photos (of whatever type) and we are all aware its a constant learning curve!

 

(been looking for a pic of a lone tree in a milky waterfall, but it must be on a different drive)

Methinks you missunderstand me folks......... Milky waterfalls I hate....Yes!....but....it is only that bloody single tree on the limestone paving on't moors that bugs me, because it has become so cliched...........................Tell me do camera Club Covens meet underneath it on Moonlit Nights???

 

....any other lone tree is fine.

Just catching up on all this - what a laugh!!!!

 

Seriously though, Graham, the way this thread has developed should certainly give you a good idea why this forum is so friendly and keeps on going - it's a great place!!!

 

Don't get much opportunity for milky waterfalls, but I'm off the search for SOMETHING :D
