???? Falcon

Can't quite ID this individual.  It has the look of a Falcon and my first thought was a Peregrine Falcon but the bridge over the beak would need to be yellow.  So I'm puzzled.  Anyone any idea as to identity?

Looks a bit like a young Lanner Falcon to me ... but I'm no expert ... I have taken quite a few pics of one at the International Bird of Prey Centre at Newent  so I''ll see if i can find the Photos...

Well Now you say that ...  I can see it is ..

.. I have only  ever seen the male Merlin with the lovely blue/ grey   colouring  and it regularly  takes   small birds  flashing past my kitchen window and then sits in the tree once he has dined ...  They often appear to have no neck so I should have  noticed that  They do look beautiful   though and are my favourite   bird of prey  next to the Peregrine  ..
