Just got the results of mine back, the MyHeritage test kit was a present from my son for my 65th birthday.

So it turns out that I am

English: 88.4%

Scandinavian: 7.9%

East European: 3.7%

Lots of other interesting stuff goes with it, it has even found possible connections in the way of distant cousins, if you have had one post up your results!

I had one done  four years ago when I went to the,” who do you think you are” exhibition in London... I have found relatives in Canada USA and Australia that are on the database ....   once you start researching your family tree you never really stop ....it just keeps growing .....

I found a first cousin I knew nothing about. Apparently the product of a misbehaving uncle, many years ago!
