Yes I  really would like to do that again ...  but not till the early summer as  I could not face all that rain again  in Buxton Rye :lol:... I think  planning well ahead and maybe making it a two day affair  might be worthwhile ...so  ideas and suggestions are maybe a good way to start....

Yes, that sounds like a good idea. I was thinking around 9th/10th June or 16th/17th June. I like the idea of making it a 2 day affair, when we did the Stratford day out I was there for Fri/Sat/Sun. That said 2 full days in one location could mean 4 days altogether depending on where it's held - 1 day getting there and 1 back.

As to where, well, here's a few ideas of places I wouldn't mind visiting just of the top of my head:

London
Wales/Shropshire
Beamish/Northumberland
Lincoln
Bath/Glastonbury
