Finally added a Helios-44-2 2/58 lens to my vintage range of lenses.....I may have also succumbed and added a grip to the X-T1 but I shall keep quiet about that as I have always said I wouldn't because it makes the camera larger which is completely against the reason I went mirrorless.

You likkle devil Beepy... I looked at the grip and thought the same ... too big.. but it does give quite a boost to the AF speed I believe and in particular circumstances increases the frames per second and reduces the shutter release time lag ....all of which you know of course   I 'll be interested to hear what  you think of it ...

Meanwhile  despite the rain showers I saw a couple of  butterflies today  and snappedthis rather scruffy Red Admiral with the  Lumix.  Not a great catch but it will have to do today ...
