Took a walk along the river last Sunday, I was taking a few narrowboat pics when I heard a loud buzzing above me. As i had read an article that morning regarding 'killer asian hornets' in the UK, I looked up and saw this over my head...I was about to run like the clappers until I realised what it was...

I saw one of these hovering around a few weeks ago too.  It felt quite odd.

There are rather a lot of rules and regs and I would advise anyone to do a little research especially if you have a camera fitted as there are specific rules such as how close you can fly to uninvolved people or objects. A brief list is on the link below.

So I guess that was an illegal 'fly by'  then Colin! ...if the camera was running then it was probably a 'fly by shooting'

 There are a few regulations and guidelines in place for the use of drones but unfortunately there are also a few idiots who ignore them.

I'm hoping for a clamp down on their use to stop them buzzing about every time you go somewhere nice.

We did have an idiot around here used his/her drone to film near people's bedroom windows - until one Lady recorded the drone on her phone and posted it on the local Facebook page, never seen it since.
