Day 4 We managed to get out for a couple of hours in between the rainstorms the humans needed wine?

We visited Alnwick I told the Cocker he needed to be careful and look out for the wizards as they might turn him into a cat.

It's rained all day, it was raining at 4am, still at 7:30am, it rained all day, it's still raining now..

Its very beautiful up here in Northumberland apart from the weather yesterday and today I'm hopping to get to Farne at some point to try and get a half decent snap of a puffin. we tend to do Devon, Cornwall, Wales for the dogs holidays but the gaffer wanted to come north for a change. On Friday we are heading across country for a second week to Lancaster.

I'm struggling like mad at the moment as I just don't have the time to get out with my camera. To be honest it's driving me insane, made worse by the vile weather.

Yes, it's been positively awful here, finally stopped raining this evening at about 9pm (06/06/2017), but it's been pretty much rain nonestop from late Sunday evenin till tonight.

It's been similar here ... with a couple of sunny spells for an hour or so ... It seems quiet on the Forum this time of year too ... Still we shouldn't grumble ... always try to look on the bright side ... It's finding it  in this weather that's the ruddy  problem eh?

This is supposed to show a glass half full... as I said I'm an optimist !
