Living with a French person is great and often pops a smile on my face. There are reminders of France all over my house, not to mention this kitchen towel roll that appeared in the kitchen when I arrived home from work yesterday.

I haven't had  a cold  for three years ...... today i have a humdinger of one  .. a throat that feels like I have swallowed some razor blades  a head that  feels fit to burst,, a ore chesyt fromcoughing all day and a nose that   puts Rudolph's in the  ruddy shade ...so this is the only pic I have taken today having gotten out my sick bed  just  to take it.. One  of my favourite paintings  ( well ...a copy ...), By Carel Fabritius. I posted  a pic that showed it  on the Jan 1st as this year's OADED challenge started  ....  so here is a close up of it ....
