These are impressive Rye. Great mono work. Number 1 is a corker in my opinion.

Thanks Kev, they do change the 'battle' each year, so you never know where the main actions going to take place. I did try doing them in colour, but they don't really work and mono just suits them best.

Thanks Kobione, they do suit mono rather than colour, the hardest part is cropping/framing the shot knowing you're going to lose a certain amount due to croping,or even worse certain 'modern' features that wouldn't be there in the mid 40's. Mind you any serious train spotter could probably work out that the carriage is about 20 years too late for the period it's supposed to be in...
