Looking Up or Looking Down?

What is confusing? to get the angle that the shot was taken in would mean the building had to have a large overhanging roofline. That would be be needed to enable that shot to have the aspect it has. So, the original shot would have had to have been taken a fair way out from the bottom, ie; in the road, or away from the base of the building enough to give it that same aspect.

Of course, it could be a red herring and the picture was taken sideways...I just hope I dont have to explain what a red herring is as well!

Denis is correct it is looking up, I was quite close to the base of the building looking up and to the right. The building had glass panels running up the side - not sure why - but once I cropped it, it did look like it was looking down onto rows of glass covered walkways.

But you're assuming it is an outdoor shot! It could just as easily be an interior. A strange one, but nevertheless it could be. Or, it could be outdoors pointing sideways. As for the aspect, it could have been cropped.
