last weekend i  went down west wales for the day ...i was in a 10 stopper kind of mood so most are with that  on ....started in amroth for the sunrise then over to pentre ifan burial chamber then on to ceibwr bay...i got a bad knee at the moment and climbing on the rocks at ceibwr bay put paid to any exploring so i will be back to explore more in a few weeks
