Thanks Rick, I've photographed it quite a few times this last year. Late in the afternoon is the best time when the sun is directly behind you. There's also a lot of ducks and geese here too, they are pretty used to people - I'm guessing people come up to feed them regularly - because as soon as I got out of the car I had about 50 mallards and 30 geese all around me - I had two geese pecking at me continuously whilst I was trying to photograph - despite already giving them a load of seeds I'd brought along.

Thanks Korky, kcbrecks and Stravinsky. I haven't tried the ND Filter in Photoshop or NIK as I have neither but thinking about it I could have copied/cloned parts of the sky from the second and used as a layer in the first.
