i always have a small round LED torch in my pocket.....i have used it lots when i have snapped bugs...

those grainy noisy shots go down really well with some of my friends fuji....i have one friend that is always urging me to make things nosier......he is an artist and a photographer. and a few of my friends have lately purchased old 35mm film camera's from ebay .... they say the get more grain in the shot. i dont dislike grainy looking pictures, i think they really suit some landscapes...

and does an underwater housing unit have to be for your particular camera or are they a kind of universal thing?

how reliable are those underwater housing units you can buy?

i had a fuji xp30...........i had it for a year, nice little pocket camera, however, it let water in about the third time it went near water...the lens area filled with water. and no i was not taking it deep sea diving for hours.....it had only been dunked just lens level with the water surface.
