  1. Into the kitchen this week where V is for Vegetables
  2. This was a stinker! I have gone for a woodland scene - 'U' is for Undergrowth.
  3. Now I think about it, it's not really abstract is it? Maybe surreal?
  4. OK - here goes. A tentative and uncertain step into the murky world of abstract.
  5. I kind of doubt that such considerations were very high on their agenda, John.
  6. Well it sure ain't pretty but my pic this week is T for Torched. Found this monstrosity defiling my usually very pleasant morning walk.
  7. Well I've got Sausages, Swans, Sea Shells, and Sunsets but my submission this week is Sunrise.
  8. Three great shots - well done everyone.
  9. I was hoping to come up with something better but this week R is for River (the River Sence near me) which in this sunrise shot is rather swollen after last weekend's heavy rain.
  10. A foggy morning outside my village pub - Q is for Queens Head.
  11. The Forestry Commission has bought some farmland near us which they are starting t to develop to dramatically increase the size of the nearby country park. Very early days but I look forward to lots of photo opportunities there. Here's the first.
  12. Really compelling, almost hypnotic work - couldn't take my eyes off it!
  13. My alphabetical shot this week is a selfie. How does this meet the criteria of stuff beginning with the rather tricky letter 'O' ? I hear you ask.......well one glance at the shot and you will see the 'O' is for Old Bloke. Sorted.
  14. Mist in the valley. One good thing about this time of year is that the morning golden hour is at a much more sensible time.
  15. OK I will kick it off for the week 'N' is for Narrowboats.
