Here's another couple http://www.edinburghnews.scotsman.com/news/transport/spanish-made-trams-ticket-machines-only-take-euros-1-3360017 Think this one would definitely help the "Better Together " Campaign in the Scottish Referendum http://www.theguardian.com/politics/2014/apr/01/scotland-driving-on-right-independence-road-scheme
  5. Had a quick go ,(grass a bit out of perspective) added a layer with grass and brushed out dog & car,
  6. Thank you Chris and everyone for your comments Must confess to a bit of a blunder with the Title, it's a Japanese Anemone not a Peony Just another Senior Moment

Never shoot anything but RAW, I like to develop my own images Hand tinted in 1929 As probably being the biggest manipulator of images on here I think if I had been around then I would probably be the one with the brush in my hand My Mum as Coco's attendant in the Mikado
  9. I'm just getting old & grumpy, will get used to it I expect. I knew it was coming, just hate it when it's just dumped on you without notice
  10. Thanks for flagging this up Martyn, I would have been tearing my hair out this morning

Great image Fuzzy....Don't know how I missed this one
  13. http://www.lensmaster.co.uk/buy-rh1.htm Think I would go for the 24kt gold plate finish and I bet Annie would want the Camouflage finish
  14. Well I gave it a go Set on Jpeg Manual ISO 400 F11( I knew most would be landscape) Daylight WB, Used 18 -270 lens but kept it at 35mm Couldn't find where to set the sat & sharp etc (new camera) so just shifted from Neutral to which I use with Raw format to landscape. Shot off 27, rather disappointed in the saturation in some of these and also wonder If I could have managed the shadows a bit better if I had the benefit of the histogram http://www.flickr.com/photos/bfurphy/sets/72157642209096894/
  15. Leave your camera at home and take a bottle of Cherry Brandy as a filler instead
  16. I have a 40d and all I would say is that it is quite heavy but it is very robust, although I have upgraded to a 60d I wouldn't part with it
  17. Thanks Jem, you have made my husband a very happy man, now he can find what he is looking for.
