I will boot up Mac later and see what I can find. I think the problem has something to do with Studio needing a completely separate account. Might be wrong.

I had the same problem David. It really was annoying. I cannot remember what I did now but you have to go to a separate site for Studio. The instruction was dire. I sent an email to Topaz for help and cracked it. That said, now I have it I have started to use Studio seriously in the past few months. It is a steep learning curve but I can access Studio and all plugins outside of a host programme like Photoshop. I was actually thinking last night of working all images totally through Studio for a period of time to see how I get on. I am actually thinking of ditching photoshop subscriptions now as I use it less and less. As I learn more about Studio I have to say I am starting to appreciate that it is seriously good.
