Thanks for all the nice comments. I was really trying out the flash extension cord that I got for my macro setup, I've been watching a lot of vids on Youtube about getting the flash off the camera. The dogs soon got sick of being my models and took themselves off to bed, so I did this Pauln style process to help pass the cold and wet afternoon.

I use a remote trigger now for off camera flash. Works really well.

 

 

I've been looking at wireless flash triggers on Fleabay. I have a thread in the Equipment & Settings section asking for opinions. May just splash out 'cos it's ages since I treated myself!
