I've been sat on my backside with nothing better to do than have a twiddle with this image using Photomatix Pro5, I've not used the software much since I purchased about three weeks ago. You will probably think this is total c**p if you do just say so, it's not really my thing but I kinda like it. Maybe I should twiddle more often... on the other hand maybe not... :rofl: The original image had been previously edited as it was taken some time ago.

I wonder if an almost square crop would work. It would take out the boat that I find a bit overdone on the right and crop to the natural line on the left created by the building and it's reflection. I can see why you were drawn to this picture; well worth the effort you've put into it!

Looks like a well interesting place to wander around, in summer of course, when it's lovely and warm!

 

Your processing is far better than mine, so I shall not comment on any of that....!

That's funny Annie!  You must have written your reply just as I was having another twiddle... :rofl: The shot was taken a while ago in Gloucester Historic Docks.
