Cooo..thanks all, no idea what the beach huts sell for Colin, but they are a bit special eh? a far cry from the traditional ones, that somewhat takes the appeal away.

 

The sinky boat has a bit of a Naval launch look to me, a former tender maybe?

Denis, just out of interest and with reference to the Beach Huts is this private land? There doesn't look to be what we could call a beach and building on the foreshore (England) is a very unusual thing and seldom permitted.

I will try and find out Colin, there are some older and more dilapidated huts built on stilts and half a mile or so further round the seawall.
