Morning , noon and night....

Took the advantage of doing nothing special today. I took a walk this morning from the house, over the fields for about four miles, back home for a few hours then another walk along the Lea this afternoon. None of these are special, just a selection of the usual junk I take

 

The day started with a copper sunrise...

 

 

 

Past the farm...

 

 

a view down the valley...

 

 

A little further, on a really clear day, way in the distance, you can sometimes see the tops of the London City skyscrapers..

 

 

a mile or so further and a Cold War relic....

 

 

This is a Royal Observer Corp post that would have been used for measuring Nuclear fallout and looked like this..

 

still dry down there!...

 

frozen puddle ..well it amused me

 

 

noon saw me watching one of the feeders where I snapped these two...

 

 

 

And the afternoon saw a Copper sunset to mirror the morning...

In fact, a good torch and me Sony compact  might have to re-visit it soon. It is tucked away so far off the beaten track, that very few know about it.
