Well, not really, but the first couple I have managed a grab of with rain water on them. The path in the garden, the compost bin, the plants and flowers and bugs are all wet, but just as I took the pics, the moon was in a clear sky!

The pictures are fine but you do pick some horrible looking things to photograph......................

These are rather cuter than a lot of insects - but incredibly small. To see them is a tough job, but I like ugly and cute equally  :)

Hey! That's not fair ;-)

The tubby, chubby, cute looking Globular Springtail is one of the cutest little critters around, the bug equivalent of the Meercat I would say?

In their millions, they beaver away, even in winter to chew up garden leaf litter, thereby helping to make a gardener's favourite type of natural compost......at between 3and 5 mm long Paul does wonders to achieve this level of detail.

When being photographed, they can have the endearing habit of ....Literally Springing upwards in a split second.

Keep, 'em coming Paul ;-)

I think these are great. I am determined to have a go soon. I will be shouting for some tips.

There are some good tips near us, bound to be some on there

Lets be seeing some then - they like damp places, just need to look very very hard sometimes to find them  :)
