I can't really see what your objective has been here Matt.......to me, it is like the......Curate's Egg.......good in parts.

The infra-red like effect in the trees I quite like, but the fading of the bridge and figure seem to be too indistinct to become a whole.

Unles of course you are attempting to illustrate a dream or, a fought for imagination of a past scene, or, the imaginings of someone losing their memory.

I feel that more work is required, but only after you have really thought about what you want the finished vision to be......unless of course......you were randomly playing with effects sliders , or, the Effects modes of your camera?

Oh right Matt, thats more complicated then.....D'oh!

 

My HS50 has an option to do this in camera.....it's a very weird effect it produces, but saying that I have always deleted them straight away. Maybe I am supposed to further edit them on the computer. 

 

I do like blended pictures, Barbara does some amazing ones. I reckon you will be producing a cracker of a blended picture very soon Matt.
