You are nearly right Chris.....

I'm almost certain it is a .......Resinmouldus cheepy kitschtit.....

They migrate in their millions from China usually to a nearby country known as Pound Land where lots of other Cheepy Kischtit like birds and other of the ....Resinmouldus ......Species reside.

Can also be seen in large quantities, on offer at Boot Fairs.

Funny thing, Chris, but two of the Resinmouldus cheepy species, slightly different from yours, have also recently arrived in my garden!! Perhaps there is a major migration going on!! I suspect mine have come from China as well. Have a look here:
