BUMBLED!

This magnificent Bumble Bee seemed to be well and truly Bumbled.......I'm not sure if it was tired, poorly or drunk, but it was extremely lethargic after lading on flowers in a boquet; it just about clung on.

The bee fell to this unusual angle when I made my first attempt to take it into the sunny garden...........sadly Bumble Bees, dont have the most exciting af features, they are also very dark:

After I took this, I did get him to cling to a stick for taking outside into the sun and on to growing flowers:

Love bees. They are endangered and that is very sad.

I suspect the bee may have been feeling the cold - that tends to slow them down a lot - so hopefully once you put him/her back in the sun the heat would re-invigorate the body enough for a successful flight back to the hive.

Paul.
