Moorhen, Robin, and angry Great Tit!

The park was producing some reasonably nice subjects.

 

The obligatory Robin of course, never too far away these birds! Then there was a nesting moorhen, and finally, an angry Great Tit, facing up to itself, though it was clearly feeling a threat to it's territory.

Nice series...   A few years ago I had a Great Tit that used fight with it own reflection in my van's mirror, I had to clean the mirror every time I went to use the van. After a few weeks it got the message that it was only a bird brain that would do something that stupid...

Another great set pf photos. We sometimes get nesting the Honeyeaters tapping away at the car mirrors in the carport, trying to drive away the imaginary opposition.
