Cornflower concentration ...

I  am spending some time experimenting more with some floral images .... I hope to  use my wide angle  macro lens  to get a wider background to give more context in the future   but meanwhile I have delved into some old folders and thought this cornflower deserved   some concentration ..

Your signature style, Clicker. I like the purple flower standing out from the soft yellow daisies in the background.

Thanks Paul and Cheryl ...... As I  said , I am going to try a similar style but  with less texture and more bokeh involved  with my Wide angle   macro  15mm Laowa  lense this year .. I know the effect  i am looking for  but not sure yet if I can achieve it .  The  purple  was the remnants of  a thistle as I recall Cheryl but it was the   grass stem that I was trying to ensure was still slightly visible .
