Port Eynon from Cliff top at Oxwich Green

Struggled a bit on this late evening shot and found out LATER I had somehow  been shooting in JPG Fine and  NOT RAW   for an hour .... Grrrr. I must have  changed the setting inadvertently..Luckily at least the rain  never came   towards us ....

The skies are nearly always really interesting and dramatic in this part of the world Mark ...  Of course  they play a major role in  these  images ... the same view can look totally different each   time you  capture it ....Thanks. for  taking the time to comment ... feedback is always appreciated  ....

It was strange really Fogey ...I was walking towards Oxwich  ( due  East  )Bay  with Port Eynon behind me(  due West)  and the  skies were the like chalk and cheese ...  It happened over the period of about an hour and I kept  taking pictures of  the storm cloud as it moved as at that time Idid not know exactly where the sun would set ... It turned out   not  to be where I had hoped  ...over the water from where I was  located. but around the headland  beyond  port Eynon at Rhossili.  I went there the following evening to catch that ....thanks for  your kind comments ... I did hope it would turn out as dramatic as it looked in real life ....
