A bit of colour.

I've brought a bit of colour home with me from La Palma, I took these in the garden of the little house I stayed at during my holiday. They were taken with my elderly little Panasonic TZ3.

What is the first one John? looks very familiar to something we had growing in the garden  a couple of years ago, I'm useless identifying plants

I thought that too. Maybe a Continental Busy Lizzie as I have heard that they are quite hardy and have a bigger flower that the usual BL.

Tina... I think you could be correct, the whole plant and the flowers are much larger than the ones that grow here and it gave me the impression it was a perennial, it looked like it had been around for a number of years.
