The deer at Belton house are very used to people and you can get fairly close most of the time before they run off.

the ones at mountfitchett will feed from your hand bugs...

I think it looks more natural with one looking away and the other at the camera.
It's really lovely and also so nice to see animals from around the country with everyone's lovely photographs..

I love animals but had the luck to grow up on the outskirts of a city, with what fields that were left dug over and built on.
It's no wonder that our our has always been filled with animals over the years, only declining to less as we have got older and have to be more practica to make sure that they are properly looked after as we get olderl.
