I took extra care to shoot this magnificent Fly using my personal Golden Rules of Macro including the use of my FUJI DIFFUSER.......I think that you will agree that everything has come together nicely in this case?

I did take a pair of shots because Mr Fly was so obliging, but the wind must have blown the leaf....the final stack from the two images gave him eight legs and a longer body (I nearly posted it for a laugh)...hence the single shot:

PS...Does anyone know how to edit my title...or could a cleverer mod edit that stupid spelling mistake for me please?

Considering what dirty little creatures flys are, you have made them look really good, Fuji.

I've been thinking along the same lines Nanny........We never give them a second thought, we detest them, and rightly so......but when you can see detail like this they are incredibly efficient flying machines......and I guess we have to give them credit for cleaning up the filth in this world of hours.....I just don't want them in my Sugar Bowl.
