A postcard from Gower

Kate... that bottom right photo, I've stood there many times and looked at that view, you make me want to go there again. I've walked that beach at Rhossili more times than I can remember, From the car park at Rhossili along the beach and a walk around Burry Holms if it's low tide is nearly 8 miles, last time I went there I measured it with my GPS.

Kate... you know how it is when you wake up one morning and you just get the urge to go somewhere on the spur of the moment, well on Sunday the 22nd Feb 2009 I had just that urge. I quickly knocked up some sanwiches and left for the Gower, I normally go to Rhossili but on this occasion I decided to go to Port Eynon. As usual I can't resist snapping away with my camera and when I get home I put some shots on my hosting site... PBase. Some months later I get a personal message on the site from the editor of coast magazine, she says they are doing a feature on the Gower and they would like to use one of my photos. Little did I know on that day when I was walking the beach I would get paid £80.00 for my day out... :jig:

Here's the photo.... nothing special in my IMO.
