Here's my bike after 56.4 miles following an organised sportive. Needs a bit of TLC, a good clean and some lube tomorrow!

The route had 3 big climbs which are easy to see on the map by the green colour:

Finished in 4.5 hours. That was awesome!

Pied Wagtail, it's now so used to me putting out meal worms that it doesn't even bother to fly away, so after putting out the worms, I went and got my big Sigma lens, as you can see it was still there... I don't know if it's the the same one I first saw 3+ years ago, but I do know Wagtails are creatures of habit and that they will visit /sing over places they know where there's food, so hoping it's the same one...

I now also get 3 or 4 Magpies plus a crow or jackdaw that visit everyday.... The Magpies tend to fly off if I even so much as move a curtani....
