Trying to figure out this one.

It was only one light, one shot and effect caught in camera.

Well I have no idea how you did it.

Is it your computer screen  or tv reflected in a crystal glass... ?

Oh, you were so close there Clicker. I took the shot through the lens of a pair of drefraction glasses.. I ended up having to use the kit 18-55mm lens that came with the camera as that seemed to be the only one that could capture what it looks like looking through these glasses and googles - part of a photoshot trial run where I was trying to capture what the effect of looking through them was like..

I basically mounted the camera on a tripod, focussed and took a shot, then switched to manual focus, put a pair of the glasses in front of the lens and took the shot using a remote control.
