Picture the scene.....I have a newly won almost untried NIfty-Fifty lens on the camera....outside it is damp grey and cold after a fantastic day of sunshine....I was shopping in our local branch of Wilko's.

 

Just before this young lady served me I requested a quick portrait...here is the result...all over in a few seconds....it would have been great to get her to move this way or that, but I was in a queue so couldnt.

 

She will receive a print later today:

Hi Fuji,

 

These 'spur of the moment' shots can be very pleasing and worthwhile indeed Fuji.

 

I quite simply like this image, it's warm and happy.  

I don't know anything about the 'Nifty Fifty' or what it's best used for, but you have a clear focused image there and think you did a good job.  :yes
