Messing Again

Took time out from scratching my head over the forum issues to play with a kaleidoscope effect.

Lovely. I love them all, but especially number 1.
The flowers are so delicate looking and the lighting on them makes the patterns stand out nicely.

Thanks for that. I used to have a Kaleiderscope plug in, but have lost it over the years, and can't for the life of me remember where I downloaded it from.

Fascinating, Phil. Love the variety of colours and textures you have got. There are several that I would have sitting on my wall, to suit the surrounding colours.

Phil - not something I have ever tried but these look like fun No.2 is superb and thanks for the link.

I also use terrazzo by xaos tools, but the only way of running it is to keep a copy of photoshop 7 installed on my machine as it won't install on cs. It's a fun thing that requires no thought, but the results can be interesting. The only practical use I've made of it is to save the files as a tile so they can be used as backgrounds for web pages or stitched together for digital backdrops.

 

 

This is one that I animated. When used as a tiled backdrop to a web page, and you see the whole page moving, you get a headache. I didn't use it.

You could make some lovely wrapping paper for small gifts.
