Therein begins the fun part.

Focus looks fine, but as you discovered, the DoF is minimal. This where focus stacking software will play a part.

PS has it, but if you don't use PS, there is a free programme called CombineZP which stacks images.

Tried the combine software back a while and couldn't get on with it, or just didn't understand it lol ... I have got a copy of Zerene but it is very hungry when it comes to RAM, I run a 12gb ram machine with 6 core Athlon and it laboured quite bad when I started editing using the Zerene ... Am determined to get there though and although the results weren't altogether brilliant on this occasion I think I have made a good start... Not sure if I will be hand holding this lens like I do my 1:1 though lolol
