Chateau Pierrefonds

I stopped the car at Pierrefonds about an hour north of Paris. The village is great and there is an awesome chateau. It was a good break from the driving. The chateau fell into ruin following a siege in 1610. The ruins were bought by Napoleon Bonaparte in 1810 and renovated.
