Female Black Tailed Skimmer

A first sighting for me at Lackford Lakes, nr Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, it took a while to track down the ID as the female doesn't have the black tail of the male.

They are up here bugs took one only last week results in macro

Thanks I was trying to find the other one, as I knew I'd seen one posted recently.

I'm still dragonfly-less at the moment, not seen any in my home town yet.
