The Eye Failed

Recommended Posts

Today was one of those days, that despite the location (Haworth) nothing really caught my eye or worked... it's very rare that I come home from a place and haven't anything that really grabs me. I did have one that I liked but it could have been photographed anywhere..

Well, if everyone has these days, I don't feel to bad, I only managed 31 images. It was one of those days when nothing seems right, the light, or anything else for that matter. The churchyard behind the Boronte Museum, which I'd taken before lacked ... well basically anything. Ahh, well. I did grab a nice image of a Piaggio PX Scooter...

Wearing a camera every time I venture out, this is a common occurrence for me..........I often think, caused by just.....Trying Too Hard.......or.....just nit concentrating.

A relaxed frame of mind helps, as does setting the camera and then forgetting about it................only shooting if the urge to do so is strong is good too.

Developing that.....Photographer's Eye.......isn't as easy as some folk think.

I find the challenge of being restricted to what a particular lens will produce helps, especially if it is a Prime.......Alternatively a 14-45 Kit Lens can offer you more scope for creativity over different distances.
