A really nice calming image, but I do find the frame a bit distracting for my taste. Having said that I’d still hang it on my wall.

I've removed it altogether  now and added the amended version underneath Van ... as  I tend to agree  ...it was larger than I usually do it ...  misread inches for centimetres ...doh

Judging by the light it looks as if the sun was still quite high at the time you took this Polly.

Which pleases me as you have achived that 'last light before darkness sets in' scene that you sea at coastal locations before the sun has actually gone down.

 

There, I have been and stated what I think...now blow me out of the water and tell me I'm wrong

Just checked the EXIF Den .... taken 20 March 2019 17.25 HRS ... Sunset was at 18.28 hrs that day... just over an hour later .... the silver light on the sea is where the sun above was trying to break through a lot of low cloud ... so you are right ...Here's the original ..there are three kayakers in the water ...
