  1. Well deserved, Barbara. It's really lovely.
  2. What I can't understand is why they charge so much when there is less to the camera than in the Nikon ect. DSLRs.

    AWW!!!

How lovely, and to see it being re-united with is parents must have pleased the rescuers.
  4. You deserve some time together, Dee. Wishing you and David lots of happy times together in your retirement. I will be looking fforward to seeing more of your wild life shots, now that you have more time.
  5. And well deserved too, Paul.
  6. I hope you can get it, Chris.
  7. That's a shame, Chris. I hope you can find a way to use the plugins.
  8. For Windows: Double click on your main drive, open program files, then open your Adobe file, then open plugins. Copy or drag your new plugins into the plugins folder. Hope this helps.
  9. You turned an orninary shot into a work of art, and made a really nice job of it.
  10. We replaced our halogen spotlights in the kitchen with led lights a couple of weeks ago. They give out a much better light altogether.
  11. It was the eye specialist who picked up on my cataracts. I had gone to see him with something entirely different with my eyes, but the optician is looking for any drammatic changes every time that I go for my eye tests, but it was the optician who spotted my friends cataracts and got the ball rolling for an appointment at the hospital, but agree, It is best to get it all checked out with a specialist.
  12. If the cataracts are bad enough to be done, the optician should refer you to the docs or hospital. I have cataracts in both eyes in the reading area, but not bad enough to be done according to the optician when I had them tested almost two years ago. They won't do the op here until they are ripe.
  13. Congratulations, Mitch.
  14. congratulations, Korky. a lovely shot all round.
  15. Still having problems with the forum, so I will give it one last try, but whatever happens, at least you know it will work with the Kindle Fire.
  16. Panasonic remote test pic. Having trouble inserting the image, so I hope the link works.
  17. http://i1312.photobucket.com/albums/t533/Stargazer-21/Mobile Uploads/1020269_zps8u0ihjns.jpg This one was done from start to finish using the Kindle Fire and the TZ 60' with the Panasonic Image app remote control with WiFi, Chris. So It does work with the Kindle and the iPad mini. I also transfered the pic to the Kindle using the app and uploaded it to Photobucket from Amazon Photos. It was a bit fiddle trying to hand hold the camera, but for use with any temple or clamp for the camera, it would work well. It would be good for shooting birds at the garden feeder as you could sit out of their way so as not to frighten them off.
  18. I don't know, but I would guess so as it's been updated several times. If I have success with the Kindle and the Tz60 I will let you know how it goes.
  19. I just tried the above link again and have now downloaded the app. It looks the same as the one for iPad, but haven't tried it yet. The forward arrows across to progress to the he,t step on the download site were a bit small on the kindle and right at the bottom, but downloading and Installing it was pretty straight forward . I finally spotted the little arrows to forward to the next step.
  20. I'm still trying to get the zpp for Fire. Let me know if you manage. To get it.
