    How sad am I

i havent picked up my camera since i finished my 366 project. Real life just seems to have got in the way and i havent had the time or the inclination to do so However BP gave me a challenge on facebook the other day because i was bored, and it was the first time this year i picked up my camera. How about asking a friend to set you a small challenge or give you a subject matter ?

Hi everyone. well you've done it to me again! ive had a real headache trying to get my choice down to just one image, there have been so many really great images this week. Too many to mention them all by name on here, but i would just like to give a special mention to Bill for his Sunset on the moor which i found breathtaking and also to CreativeSnaps who has put so many fantastic images on here this week that i have loved, especially rex and shoes both of which are excellent. However there was one image that caught my eye right from the start of the week and I've gone back to view it again and again. Its an image that, to me, tells a story of long time marriage of sticking together through thick and thin, the good times and the bad, sickness and health, maybe even war and peace. My Picture of the week this week goes to Korky for his image Nostalgia ... congratulations Korky. !! the original thread can be found here http://www.tipf.co.uk/index.php/topic/3301-nostalgia/

Firstly apologies for doing this so late on a sunday night, i confess i was leaving it to give people chance to post things after a nice sunny weekend and then i promptly forgot to do it before we went out for a meal tonight oops ! So anyhoooo , been some cracking work this week again, loved lots of the insect work going on.. Bugmeister gets a special mention for his newly emerged four spotted chaser pictures which were fascinating ! I thought i had found my POTW with festcu and his blue derwent water picture which was a very close runner up in the end ... fantastic atmospheric picture But he was pipped at the post with Phils wood pigeon in flight picture shown below which gets my POTW vote this week. Difficult to get a good bird in flight picture and these are so crisp and clear i have to give him my full so well done Phil !! The full set of pictures can be seen on this thread http://www.tipf.co.uk/index.php/topic/2838-woodpigeon/
