  3. I wouldnt post any of Jaynes without first asking her as i always do
  4. Would a 40mm f2.8 on FF be ok for the odd sky shots at night IE star trails etc
  5. Would i be allowed to post odd ones of hers on here obviously I will make it clear they are Jaynes not mine
  6. Ive tried many a time to get her to post her images but she wont On the odd occasion she lets me post one or 2 of them in a private FB group , She had some cracking wildlife shots last year in Scotland but wont post them herself,
  7. I rang my insurance company asking for a quote, Told them what we had and they had to itemise all bodies and lens and replacement costs at todays prices (£12,500 ouch) that didnt include tripods, cards, filters, bags etc good news it only put the house ins up by £30 per year

I once joined a local Photography club and found it extremely clicky and hugely orientated on competitions I did enter one and won but left soon after as it did not offer what i wanted at the time, I found it extremely hard to get involved and even talk to other members. So i stick to taking images for me and my family as my wife also dabbles

    Hi folks

    im 59 year old with the mind of a teeneger and the body of a 200 year old LOL I retired from work at 52 due to health issue (back problems) I enjoy landscape photography very much but do need to learn more, Recently started doing more wildlife and BIF but my main passion is military aviation, Not airshows so much but when there low level training. I live in Nottingham on a small private pension with my wife of 38 years I enjoy camping especially in Scotland and also Hiking when my back allows.
