Actually he has been unusually quiet these past few weeks though he has been in the wings quite often ... I wonder if his poorly knee is still incapacitaing him to such a degree that he's not getting out as much to take pics ... You know how he loves his street photography.

Hi Owen ... Nice to see you back... Hope you are finding your way around the forum now .. It was a bit quiet over Xmas but it's livening up a bit again now. There's a good few competitions around .... and a good project to post a pic everyday that you can join anytime. ... Just a ruse by the boss man Phil to encourage people to use their camera every day methinks.... Lol Anyway do join us on any of the forums .. Once you have got 30 posts under your belt you can edit too ... ( helps when you make as many typing errors as I do) If you do need any help .. just shout ... We are a friendly bunch

That is really bad luck JH ... Hubby did his ankle two years ago and just not being able to drive meant I was a chauffeur for eight weeks... He never quite got comfortable using crutches and always looked likely to fall over and break the other ankle!!! I hope all goes well for a swift recovery for her... As R on said ... Looks like you could be extra busy ....

Sorry to hear this Colin .... I hate to see people taken advantage of ... as you said ...lesson learned . I have to say if it were me I might justconsifer writing to the local paper with a hypothetical scenario and ask readers what they would advise you to do .... no names mentioned but you might get at least an acknowledgement that you are the photographer(from the hotel)... they wouldn't would any adverse publicity I would imagine ....
